The Workout
Reformer Essentials
The perfect introduction to Platinum Reformer Group classes. If you are new to Pilates or haven’t worked out in a while, this is the class for you. We will teach you all the basics of the machine set up and take you through a basic movement class that will wake up your core, stretch your whole body and leave you feeling super mobile.
Dynamic Reformer 1
Dynamic 1 is the first level of intensity in our full body, dynamic classes. You will start building up your core strength, flexibility, balance and muscular endurance. Prepare to work hard in this effective & enjoyable workout!
Dynamic Reformer 2
If you have mastered the basics and have built up core strength, progress to this intermediate level class. This super charged Reformer Class will work your core, upper body & lower body. This class is designed to help you develop strength and condition your whole body.
Dynamic Reformer 3
For those who have fully mastered Level 2 and who want a greater challenge… This is the ultimate dynamic workout. As well as challenging your core and building on your strength, we will use some of the advanced repertoire to increase the challenge on your body so you can feel even stronger from the inside out.

Varied and less intense than our other classes, this class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy; however please click on 'View Timetable' for more information and your suitability for this class.
