As you navigate your way around our reformer machines, the spring-loaded sessions will hit the key Pilates principles of opening the body and strengthening the core.

New to Reformer Machines?

Start your Platinum experience in our Reformer Essentials or Dynamic Reformer 1
If you’re brand new to reformer and anxious about starting, Reformer Essentials is the perfectly paced class to learn the ropes. If you are a proficient mover and looking to jump straight in to some dynamic movement, Dynamic Reformer 1 is the class for you!

 
 

A few things to remember:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your class starts.

  • Our Pilates studios are shoe-free, please leave them in the designated area.

  • We ask that you wear clean socks during your class.

  • We have filtered water on tap, please bring your own bottle to refill and stay hydrated.

  • It’s time to switch off. We ask that you kindly leave your phone on silent, and while you move – let it rest.

  • We ask that you clean down your Reformer & Tower after class.

 

Dynamic Reformer 1

Is the first level of intensity in our full body, dynamic classes. You will start building up your core strength, flexibility, balance and muscular endurance. Prepare to work hard in this effective workout!

Pilates is the ultimate multi-tasker – strength, flexibility and conditioning training for the best all-in-one workout routine. 

Dynamic Reformer 2

This class will bring resistance and dynamic movements to challenge your core while working to target and tone every muscle in the body – even those you didn’t know existed, making it one of the most effective and sweat-inducing low-impact workouts you’ll ever do.

 Expect informative instruction with fast-paced transitions and a variety of moves.

Dynamic Reformer 3

Looking for an extra challenge? This is it! This class will push you to work your body to the max. Prepare to work very, very hard!

Expect sweat-drenched classes, with a focus on core (don't say we didn't warn you!) and the use of props including balls, bands and some of the advanced Pilates repertoire, we promise a burn and good time.


Reformer Natal Classes

Varied and less intense than our other classes, this class is suitable for pre-natal and post-natal women. 

With a focus on core stability, strength, and overall fitness, this workout is an excellent way to help your body cope with the changes you’re undergoing and prepare for when baby arrives. Designed to help boost your immune system and circulation as well as increasing energy levels. 

Dynamic Reformer Classes are not suitable during pregnancy.

Tower Classes

Our newest classes using the Pilates Tower. This group class will bring your Pilates practice to a new level. The Towers have springs & push through bars to give you an even more total body workout

Perfect for improving flexibility, mobility & your Pilates practice. This class is a slower-paced class but incredibly effective for overall movement enhancement.

Private Pilates

Our commitment to best-in-class services means our senior instructors are highly trained in functional exercises based on in-depth anatomical knowledge.

The fundamentals remain rooted in the Pilates repertoire, so you will be gently coached to find the proper activation and engagement needed before rushing into any movement sequences.

Our one-on-one private class approach suits people who are:
