Platinum Pilates is Irelands largest Reformer Pilates studio – offering much more than Reformer Pilates! 11 years ago, we started with group reformer, a class where you are brought through an intense workout that is designed to sculpt & tone, leaving you with a sense of length, strength & mobility – and a touch sweaty! …we like to call that the “post pilates glow”.
We have evolved from our initial focus on group reformer classes, and now offer private & clinical pilates and Physiotherapy too. The pandemic saw us moving to online mat pilates and we are delighted to have an extra string to our bow! You can still find us moving on the mat in our Virtual Library - here

Do you want to focus on mobility & movement? …Our 1:2:1 Clinical Pilates has you covered.
Do you need to rehab post-injury or surgery?…our physiotherapists will tailor and design your rehabilitation program using traditional physio methods along with a movement plan to get you back into the right condition.
SO WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US AT WELLFEST 2022?
First and foremost, a whole lot of fun! We have missed in-person events so much and we can’t wait to meet everyone over May 7th & 8th.
Platinum Pilates is the official pilates partner and will run classes for the entire weekend in the WellPilates Tent. You can expect to see Total Body Pilates classes along with some Stretch & Flow & Pilates HIIT classes. Our founder and all-round superstar – Milena, will not only be putting you through your paces in the Total Body sessions – she will be guiding people through some Breathwork sessions (happening in the WellMind Tent) over the course of the weekend.
Total Body Pilates – Pilates, but not as you know it. A strong body AND mind
Not for the faint-hearted 😅.
You will lunge, you will squat, you will curtsey squat… and you’ll lunge some more. Throw in a few plank combinations and ab sequences and we think you’ll find yourself challenged and ready for a water break! We will have a team of instructors teaching throughout the weekend, every Total Body class will have a unique flavour to it – so you can be happy in the fact that you can do 2 or 3 each day.
Stretch & Flow – Mindful Movement
These classes will be slower in pace but equally as challenging. We will task you to be mindful in your movement, creating a session where length & mobility are the primary focus. We believe that if you are really present and focused, your bodies will respond and move more efficiently.
Pilates HIIT – Heart Pumping and Shaky Legs
For those who moved online with us, these classes need no more introduction! Damy’s Pilates HIIT classes are intense & immense. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, where he had a special niche for spinning, these classes are for those among us, that want the heart pumping and the legs shaking, to the point of no return. Bring your towels for the inevitable sweat fest 😆.
